Our client is a specialist design and installation business operating at the premium end of the residential and hospitality market. Their work focuses on bespoke architectural features and technical installations across some of the UK’s finest private residences, listed buildings, country estates, and luxury hospitality spaces.

As their business continues to grow, they’re are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Project Manager to join our team.
The Role
- £75,000 - £90,000 per year
- Areas: Mayfair, Chelsea and surrounding areas
You will take ownership of multiple live projects from initial design stage through to practical completion. Working closely with internal sales, technical design, and project coordination teams, you will play a key role in ensuring complex projects are delivered to the highest standards.
This role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of work, including prime residential properties, new-build developments, heritage projects, and listed country homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from design stage through to practical completion
- Coordinate and programme works across internal teams, including sales, technical design, and installation coordination
- Liaise directly with architects, interior designers, project managers, contractors, and private clients
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, and site quality, proactively managing risks and resolving issues
- Attend regular site visits across London to ensure installations meet specification and programme
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including programmes, risk registers, and progress reports
- Manage subcontractors and specialist trades as required
- Ensure all works comply with relevant building regulations, heritage requirements, and health & safety standards
About You
- Proven experience in project management or site management within the high-end residential or specialist fit-out sector
- Strong track record delivering complex projects within prime residential, heritage, or country house environments
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously across different stages
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence dealing with architects, designers, clients, and site teams
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced specialist environment
- Experience with listed buildings and heritage projects would be advantageous
- Experience within specialist fit-out, M&E, flue, fireplace, or related sectors is beneficial but not essential
