An established and growing law firm in the North West is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its highly regarded team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to step into a substantial, high-quality caseload while playing a meaningful role in the continued development and future direction of the Private Client department.
The role offers exposure to a varied and sophisticated client base, including high-net-worth individuals, families, and clients with business interests.
The Role
You will manage a broad private client caseload, including:
- Trust administration
- Probate and estate administration
- Complex inheritance tax returns
- Tax planning advice
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Potential Court of Protection work
