Titan Recruitment is looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to join our Walsall branch.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service levels and identifying opportunities to increase business across our Industrial division.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, problem solving and helping clients achieve their staffing objectives.
The Role of an Account Manager
As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients.
- Conducting regular service reviews and client visits.
- Building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolving client issues professionally and efficiently.
Account Development
- Identifying opportunities to increase shift numbers and revenue.
- Expanding services within existing accounts.
- Supporting client retention initiatives.
- Re-engaging dormant and lapsed accounts where appropriate.
Service Delivery
- Working closely with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Monitoring fill rates and service performance.
- Ensuring clients receive a consistent and professional service.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Producing client activity reports.
- Managing account plans and development strategies.
