We are looking for a highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities across a range of roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills who enjoys managing multiple priorities and improving recruitment processes.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring vacancies progress smoothly and key deadlines are met.
- Manage recruitment systems, job adverts, candidate records, interview scheduling, screening calls, reference checks and offer administration.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and responding to recruitment enquiries.
- Support hiring managers with recruitment processes, templates, guidance and interview coordination.
- Maintain and improve recruitment documentation, trackers, templates and workflows to ensure efficient and compliant processes.
- Assist with onboarding activities, HR projects and wider people operations initiatives as required.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR or people operations.
- Experience supporting recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident using HR systems and digital tools such as BambooHR, Google Workspace or similar.
- Able to work independently, solve problems and identify process improvements.
