Next Gen Trade Ltd is a UK-based, leading supplier of bubble tea ingredients and supplies. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help keep daily operations running smoothly in our London office and warehouse.
What you’ll do
- Warehouse & stock control: receive goods, organise storage, conduct stock checks, keep inventory accurate
- Order processing: create customer orders/invoices, pick & pack support, coordinate dispatch and track deliveries
- Sales support: assist the sales team with customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotes and basic admin
- Customer service: handle day-to-day requests and resolve issues quickly with the team
- Support general office operations as needed
What we’re looking for
- Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working across office + warehouse tasks
- Confident communication (phone/WhatsApp/email)
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in warehouse/admin/sales support is a plus (not required)
- Bubble tea / FMCG interest is a bonus!
