Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming carpets.
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and refreshments.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Ensure public areas are kept clean and tidy, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, ensuring that all linens are cleaned and pressed to perfection.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- A background in hospitality or cleaning services will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
