We are looking for person centred people to join our team of dedicated and caring staff of social care workers working in the local community, for people living in their own homes. Our rates of pay are competitive and we ensure you are paid for the calls you are scheduled for even if they are cancelled short notice.
Primecare (North Wales) Ltd is a person centred employer. We operate in the Llandudno, Deganwy and Penrhyn Bay areas.
We are looking for people to work evenings and some weekends. Hours to suit your requirements. We prefer you to be open about the hours you require so we can best suit your working environment and home life.
We have provided quality care services to people in our local community since 1999.

- ESSENTIAL: You must be registered with Social Care Wales/prepare to register and you must have a car/ebike. If you are not registered we will fully support you to achieve this.
- We agree your working week and you have contracted hours. You choose your hours of working be it part or full time.
- We pay towards your pension unless you want to opt out.
- Fair pay for a fair day's work.
- Full holiday pay 5.6 weeks per year.
- You will always have your days off on consecutive days so you can have time off and rest properly.
- Any cancelled calls on your schedule are paid and not deducted from your pay.
- Full training is provided.
- Our basic rate of pay is £13.94 per hour plus mileage at 50 p a mile. Our mileage rate exceeds Government recommended tariff.
- Free uniforms.
- Employer pays for DBS checks.
- Cars/drivers/Ebike are essential to this employment as you will be driving from client to client and working within a team.
