Overview
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Part-Time Key Holder to join our bar team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership qualities and organisational skills to support bar operations and enhance customer experience. The successful candidate will be entrusted with opening and closing the bar, overseeing the day to day operations of the bar , and ensuring smooth functioning during their shifts. Previous management or supervisory experience is highly desirable, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Duties
- Open and close the bar in accordance with company procedures, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Assist in managing daily operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries professionally and courteously.
- Supervise team members during shifts, offering guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
- Ensure the bar remains organised, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in training new staff members and supervising their integration into the team.
- Manage time efficiently to prioritise tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
Skills
- Proven management or supervising experience within a hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills..
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Ability to work flexibly on a part-time basis, including evenings or weekends if required.
