Are you an experienced FRA Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Remedial Works Supervisor with a strong background in social housing? Looking for an immediate, high-paying CIS contract in the Enfield area managing critical safety frameworks?
We are urgently recruiting an FRA Supervisor to manage the delivery of high-volume Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) remedial works and structural safety updates across multiple occupied and void social housing schemes in Enfield.
This role requires a supervisor who is highly competent at reading asbestos reports, managing multi-trade subcontractors, and ensuring flawless fire compliance standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Manage the day-to-day delivery of high-volume FRA remedial works frameworks and associated structural updates across a mix of void and occupied housing blocks
- Workforce Supervision: Direct daily workflows, schedule site teams, and supervise multi-trade sub-contractors to consistently hit strict weekly delivery targets
- Compliance Safeguarding: Inspect active workstreams to ensure all materials, fire doors, and installations strictly match FRA compliance criteria, building codes, and safety legislation
- Stakeholder Interfacing: Act as the primary on-site point of contact, liaising directly with local housing officers, clients, and technical teams to manage progress reports
- Occupied Home Safety: Enforce a pristine health and safety culture on-site, minimising disruptions to residents within live, occupied domestic environments
Requirements:
- Sector Experience: Proven background as a Site Supervisor or Trades Supervisor managing FRA, fire safety, or major internal refurbishment contracts within social housing, local authorities, or housing associations
- Technical Literacy: Must be highly proficient and confident in reading and interpreting asbestos reports to ensure safe working practices
- Certifications: Valid SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely alongside standard fire safety awareness (FIRAS awareness is highly advantageous)
- Mobility: Must hold a full UK Driving Licence (clean or minor points) to utilise the company-provided fleet vehicle across the Enfield patch
