I’m James, founder of Flèche & Sons - a new gutter and roofing company launching in Cobham, Surrey. I’m looking for one good operative to work with properly, long-term, not a quick fill-in.
The diary is full from day one. You won’t be sat around waiting for jobs - bookings, scheduling, and customer comms are all handled for you. You just turn up and do the work properly.
Self-employed, paid as a percentage of what you bring in - so the better and harder you work, the more you take home. We supply the Skyvac and cover insurance. You bring your own van and tools.
I’m not looking for someone to fill a gap. I’m looking for someone to build this with -someone who turns up when they say they will, takes pride in the job, and wants consistent, proper work rather than feast-or-famine.
