Experienced Delivery Driver (Self-Employed) – DPD Routes

THIS IS FOR A LITE ROUTE IN BR3 SO SMALL VAN AND SMALL PARCELS.
ELECTRIC VAN PROVIDED AND CHARGING AVAILABLE AT THE DEPOT
Only apply if you are comfortable completing 100+ stops per day.
SE Logistics 2020 Ltd is a well-established DPD service provider operating out of Dartford. Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable, experienced, and performance-driven delivery drivers to join our team.
This role is best suited to drivers who are organised, consistent, and comfortable handling 100–120+ stops per day.
Job Type
- Full-time, self-employed
- 5 days per week
- TUESDAY TO SATURDAY
Pay
- £120 – £180+ per day (performance-based)
- Paid every 4 weeks
- 2 weeks in arrears

Training
- Week 1: £50 per day (Job shadowing and in depot training)
- Week 2: £80 per day (on the road until up to speed)
The Role
- Delivering parcels on a dedicated DPD route
- 100–120+ stops per day (high-volume role)
- Loading, organising, and managing your route efficiently
- Completing all deliveries and collections to a high standard
- Maintaining strong customer service and delivery accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred
- Drivers who are punctual, reliable, and consistent
- Strong route management and organisation skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload
- Professional attitude and good communication
Requirements
- Full UK or European driving licence (max 6 points)
- Must be over 21 (insurance purposes)
- Comfortable with physical work and long days
Important Expectations
- All parcels scanned to your route are your responsibility
- Routes must be completed daily to a high standard
- Low performance, unattempted stops, or repeated lateness will not be accepted
- Vehicle must be kept clean and looked after
