About the Role
We are expanding our Middlesbrough team and looking for a driven Business Management Trainee to learn our business operations from the ground up.
This is a practical, entry-level programme designed specifically for individuals looking to transition from hands-on customer-facing roles into structured team leadership and management. We do not require previous corporate management experience—we provide full, paid training and daily mentorship from day one.
If you come from a retail, hospitality, or customer service background and want a clear path to progression, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations: Handling customer inquiries face-to-face, answering questions, and providing professional service to build client loyalty.
- Sales & Promotion: Learning practical sales techniques, presenting services to prospective clients, and hitting daily performance goals.
- Team Leadership: Shadowing senior managers to learn team coordination, running daily team briefings, and helping to train new starters.
- Operations & Compliance: Understanding day-to-day administration, tracking performance data, and maintaining workplace safety standards.
What We Are Looking For:
- Communication: Clear, confident speaking skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Work Ethic: A reliable, punctual professional who takes pride in their work and is eager to learn new skills.

- Backgrounds: No specific degree is required. We highly welcome applicants with experience in Retail (Sales Assistant, Team Leader), Hospitality (Bar Work, Front of House), or Customer Service (Call Centre, Reception).
