Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our property. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring freshness and hygiene standards are met
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed
- Maintain organisation of linen closets and storage areas
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning protocols and resident privacy
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care home environment is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices is advantageous
- Health care experience is a plus but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued
