Part Time Qualified Passionate Early Years Practitioner
We are looking for an exceptional part time Early Years Practitioner to join our passionate and dedicated team.

What you’ll be doing
- Creating warm, nurturing and inspiring learning environments where children feel safe, valued and respected.
- Building meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Delivering high-quality play experiences that promote curiosity, creativity, independence and confidence.
- Observing, assessing and planning in line with Curriculum for Excellence, Realising the Ambition.
- Working collaboratively with families and multi-agency professionals to meet individual children’s needs and promote the best possible outcomes.
- Contributing to an environment where safeguarding, wellbeing and children’s rights underpin everything we do.
- Reflecting on your own practice and actively engaging in professional learning and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification accepted by the SSSC.
- Is registered with, or eligible to register with, the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
- Has a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
- Understands the importance of inclusive practice and building positive relationships.
- Is motivated, reliable, professional and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team.
