We are currently looking for TWO friendly, polite and hardworking individuals to become front of house servers in our beautiful, award-winning cafe in the heart of Oxton Village, Wirral.
Proven hospitality experience (in a cafe/ coffee house/ restaurant) is essential - please DO NOT apply if you do not have this.
The successful candidate will be extremely customer focused, have experience of "waiting on" and have a flexible approach to working (as shifts are not set days and may vary). They must be honest and trustworthy and have a passion for food and drink.
Details of the TWO positions as follows:
* One position is for approximately 3 shifts per week (around 16 hours) and will be a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts.
* The other position is for Saturdays and Sundays only.
(Additional hours will be available to cover staff annual leave and sickness). We also offer private hire for functions/ private dining of an evening. All staff are expected to work their share of these, therefore additional hours will be available to cover these.
We want people who will bring their cheerful personality to work every day, making customers feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door, until the moment they leave. The server will be required to take orders for food and drinks, make drinks (barista training is preferred, but not essential), serve food and drinks, ensure the cafe is kept clean and tidy... and smile :-)
