We support digitally excluded families, individuals, and seniors through workshops, device distribution, and community empowerment programs. We believe in real solutions, rooted in lived experience, and are led by people who understand the communities we serve.

- Support the development and monitoring of budgets across projects and funding streams
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to provide financial insights and reporting
- Ensure accurate financial documentation is maintained in line with compliance requirements
- Assist with financial reporting for funders, grant applications, and internal planning
- Monitor cash flow and highlight any financial risks or considerations
- Support the preparation of financial summaries, forecasts, and basic accounts
- Help establish and improve financial systems, processes, and controls
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in finance, bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage financial information responsibly
- Honest, values-led, and aligned with our mission of equity and digital inclusion
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial tracking tools
- Willing to volunteer initially, with the desire to grow with the organisation
Desirable (But Not Essential)
- Experience in the non-profit, CIC, or charity sector
- Familiarity with financial tools (e.g., Excel, Xero, QuickBooks)
- Experience supporting grant budgets or funder reporting
- Understanding of financial governance and compliance
What We Offer
- A chance to join a visionary team making real impact in underserved communities
- Close collaboration with senior leadership and involvement in strategic decisions
- Flexible working arrangements
- Opportunity to shape financial systems within a growing organisation
- Potential to transition into a paid role as part of our long-term staffing structure
- Recognition, references, and meaningful professional development
