We are looking for a Fabric Cutter / Blind Manufacturer to join our small, friendly team based at our window blind factory in Collier’s Wood, London.
Master Blinds Design & Manufacturing Ltd is a family-owned, family-run company that has been trading for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on the quality and innovation of our products and have seen sustained growth in the business, leading us to search for new members to join our team.
The role will require you to:
- Accurately measure and cut fabric according to specified patterns and dimensions
- Operate cutting machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Assist in assembling and finishing blinds, including sewing and fitting components as required
- Maintain organisation of fabric stock and ensure materials are stored correctly
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and optimise workflow
- Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- General cleaning & maintenance around the factory
Full training will be given, but any practical experience of this kind will be advantageous. Accuracy and an eye for detail are essential, together with the ability to problem-solve and work on your own initiative when needed.

You will be paid a starting hourly rate of £13.75, but we regularly review pay and always seek to reward good work.
Overtime may be available during busy periods.
Working hours are 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (Mon-Friday 8am-5pm with an unpaid 1 hour lunch break.
