360 Recruitment Consultant – Build Your Own Temp Desk
Location: Rubery, Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + uncapped commission

We’ve recently launched our Birmingham branch and already have a solid foundation in place, with an established Managing Consultant and active client base.
The next step is growth.
This role is about building your own temp desk alongside that — winning business, developing clients and scaling something properly from the ground up.
You’ll have the backing, tools and support in place. What you do with it is down to you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new business across the West Midlands
- Building a temp desk in industrial, semi-skilled and skilled markets
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Developing client relationships from scratch
- Filling roles and scaling accounts you’ve brought in
- Managing your desk properly, including CRM updates, compliance and admin that supports billing
This is a sales role first. Always has been.
What You Need
- Proven 360 recruitment experience
- Temp recruitment background (industrial / blue collar ideal)
- Knowledge of the Birmingham / West Midlands market
- Confidence winning new business
- Comfortable starting in a cold environment
- Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential for client visits)
If you want warm clients handed to you, this isn’t the role.
The Structure You’re Joining
- Managing Consultant – 50% temp / 50% perm, fully self-managed commercial desk
- You (Consultant) – Build and grow your own temp desk
- Apprentice – Supporting resourcing, compliance, delivery, and sales
The short-term goal for our Birmingham Office is a high-performing 3-person unit delivering £10K+ per week.
What You Get
- £30K – £35K basic salary (depending on experience)
- 5% commission on all temp margin – no threshold
- Monthly performance bonuses:
- £10K–£14.9K = £300
- £15K–£19.9K = £1,000
- £20K+ = £2,500

What The Monthly Commission / Bonus Structure Looks Like
- £10K month = £800 extra
- £15K month = £1,750 extra
- £20K month = £3,500 extra
*Consistent £15K–£20K months = £20K–£40K+ on top of your basic annually.
The Tools You’ll Have
- Indeed, CV Library, Premium LinkedIn, Facebook, and various other job boards and social media platforms to attract candidates
- SourceWhale (sales outreach, AI summaries, call recording, notetaker)
- Zoho Recruit CRM (currently over 5,000 West Midlands based candidates)
- Laptop and mobile provided
- Ongoing training from directors and external providers
- Working alongside top performing consultants
You’ll have everything you need to build properly.
What We Don’t Do
- No umbrella payroll
- No cutting corners on compliance
- No “cheap at all costs” approach
We employ and pay our temps directly. Always have.
