We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Deal Sourcer to join our team. Duties
- Conduct targeted B2B sales outreach through telemarketing and other communication channels
- Identify and source potential deals by researching market trends and analysing industry data
- Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines
- Engage with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate interest and establish rapport
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and deal closing
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Follow up on leads diligently to maximise conversion rates
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour
