Are you an enthusiastic sports coach aspiring to work with primary school children alongside a developing team of professional coaches?
Team V Sport are looking for dynamic coaches to join our successful, quality-driven expanding business. We are a team of primary school sports coaching specialists looking for driven individuals who would like to further pursue a career in sports coaching and support our growth.
As a Team V Sport coach, we can subsidize the payment for relevant continual professional development coaching qualifications. Hours for this role are listed below, with the opportunity for more hours as you progress. Also a coach with strong performance and positive reviews from the school could be offered a full-time salaried position + bonus.
We are looking for a coach to start as soon as possible with the following hours:
Term time
MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS: 12 midday - 4.30pm
School holidays
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 9.30am - 3.30pm
Responsibilities
- To deliver high quality PE and sport sessions at a school in Clapham (SW11)
- Delivering the full PE curriculum using a structured lesson plan system
- Complete termly assessments of all children taught
- Preparing and delivering activities at some of our popular extra curricular clubs
- Liaising with parents on a regular basis updating them with their child's progress
- Delivering multi-sport sessions at our sports holiday clubs
- Actively seeking further opportunities to develop your coaching
Skills and Certification
Essential
- Up to date Enhanced DBS Check (within last 3 years)
- NGB Coaching qualification (level 2 or above)
- PE teaching experience (minimum 1 year)
- Reliable and Punctual
Desirable
- Sports Educational Qualification (eg. PE A Level, BTEC or Degree)
- Up to date First Aid Qualification
- Safeguarding Children Certification
Pay: £80.00-£100.00 per day
