Pay rates:
Weekdays dayshift: PAYE £16.50 or £18.49 rolled up holiday
Weekdays nightshift: PAYE £17.50 or £19.61 rolled up holiday
Saturday: PAYE £18.50 or £20.73 rolled up holiday
Sunday: PAYE £19.50 or £21.85 rolled up holiday
Advance Logistics Support is recruiting professional, reliable experienced Class 1 (Cat C+E) Drivers for ongoing general haulage work with a well-established, market-leading transport company based in Northampton.

The Role:
- Safely operate curtain side lorries and long semi trailer vehicles to deliver goods to specified destinations.
- Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules and optimise fuel consumption.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any faults or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery times and any unforeseen delays.
- Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years’ HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E ) driving experience
- Reliable and professional approach to work
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for commercial vehicle operation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan routes efficiently.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks when required.
