Chef de Partie – The Inn at Yanleigh, Bristol Airport Area
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Inn at Yanleigh, a busy pub and hotel located near Bristol Airport.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, high-volume business that is busy every day. We serve a wide range of customers, including hotel guests, airport travellers, and regular locals, so the ability to work efficiently and consistently under pressure is essential.
About the Role:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
- Run your section confidently during busy service periods
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- Maintain excellent food, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Support with prep, stock control, and organisation of your section
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen is highly desirable
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen practices
