What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the front of house operation
* Creating and developing exciting drinks menus
* Designing seasonal specials and signature beverages
* Preparing speciality coffees, frappes, iced drinks and matcha-based drinks
* Creating mocktails and wellness-focused beverages
* Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
* Monitoring and ordering stock
* Training and supporting team members
* Opening and closing the café
* Managing shift handovers
* Helping shape the overall customer experience at Demonik House

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience as a barista
* Has experience creating drinks menus
* Understands frappes, iced coffees, matcha drinks and speciality beverages
* Has experience making mocktails (cocktail experience is a bonus)
* Enjoys customer interaction
* Has strong organisational skills
* Takes pride in presentation and standards
* Brings positive energy to a team
* Is creative and enjoys developing new ideas
Fitness and wellness interests are a huge bonus, but not essential.

Fight The Demon (FTD) is building a new type of performance and wellness facility focused on fitness, martial arts, recovery, mental health and community.

The successful candidate won’t just be joining a café.
They’ll become part of the founding team helping build one of the most exciting new wellness brands in Kent.
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
