Leeds - working across services so drivers preferred
Forensic experience essential
Are you a caring, motivated individual looking for a role where no two days are the same—and where you can genuinely make a difference every day?
We’re looking for a Forensic Support Worker to join our Leeds Outreach team, supporting individuals with a wide range of needs in the community and their own homes.
You’ll be supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs—including forensic backgrounds and behaviours of concern.

Support may include:

- Supporting individuals to stay active and social
The people we support love getting out and about—this could include:
- Swimming

- Concerts and evenings out
So you’ll need to be energetic and happy to get involved.
The role will involve working in multiple locations so drivers would be preferred.
✅ Essential experience in:

- Managing challenging behaviour
✨ Desirable (but not essential):
- MAPPA Training

You’ll also need to be confident:
- Following detailed support plans
- Working independently in the community
- Adapting your approach for each individual
Shifts include:

- Hours may vary dependant on certain activities
An enhanced adult DBS is required.
✔️ 28 days annual leave (pro rata, including bank holidays)
✔️ Ongoing accredited training
✔️ Employer pension scheme
Plus, access to:
- Health Cash Plan
