Accolade Support & Care have 2 positions available for support worker, one for part time and one for full time to work in the community in the areas below:
· Cheltenham
· Bishops Cleeve
Our usual working shifts are:
· Mornings 7am - 2pm
· Evenings 4pm -10pm
· Alternate weekends
Our benefits include:
· Mon-Fri £12.82 per hour, Sat-Sun £14.00 per hour, Bank Holidays £20.00 per hour
· Block pay
· 40p per mile
· Paid induction and ongoing training
· Shadow Shifts – Working alongside an experienced member of the team for up to two weeks to help you settle into the new environment and to provide mentoring
· Annual Leave – 5.6 weeks paid holidays per year (pro rata)
· Monthly Bonus scheme
· Fully funded training - Care Certificate, RQF (NVQ) Level 2, 3 & 5 available
· Referral Scheme – earn up to £200 for referring a friend
· Long Service Awards – 2 extra days annual leave after 3 years, 2 extra days annual leave after 5 years and 2 extra days annual leave after 8 years

Requirements:
· Have a right to work within the UK
· A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role
· No previous experience is necessary but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care
