Job Role:
We are looking for a team member to join our family hospitality business as Management at our Great Western Road location.
We are ideally looking for someone local to our store!
Hours:
Full Time (40hrs)
Needs to be fully flexible over 7 days
Wage:
£12.21 to £13.50 per hour
Main responsibilities:
Banking responsibilities
Rota and scheduling responsibilities (scheduling, tagging employees, etc..)
Shift Management
Employee Delegation
Managing the company’s Key Performance Indicators
Efficient communication throughout all departments
Ordering and Stock Management duties
Employee Management
Office duties- basic computer skills preferable
Maintenance and Mandatory Compliance reporting
Upholding shops standards daily
Upholding product standards daily
Training and recruiting new employees
Ensuring day to day running of the shop runs smoothly
