The Role: Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients — managing accounts, ensuring exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow relationships. You will understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and support their goals through upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Manage and oversee client accounts to ensure services meet expectations.
- Address client concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services and solutions.
- Prepare reports on account performance, feedback, risks, and recommendations.
- Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions, and negotiations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights.
- Use CRM tools to track activity, maintain accurate records, and report progress.
- Provide client training and updates on industry developments.

- Proven B2B account management experience with strong sales results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
