Home Support Matters – Beccles Branch
Full-time | £25,974 per annum | 37.5 hours/week
Home Support Matters is looking for a committed and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our Beccles team. This is a rewarding role supporting our care teams and ensuring our Supported Living customers receive safe, high‑quality, and person‑centred care.
- Oversee customer care through assessment, care and support planning, reviews, and quality assurance

Carry out field supervisions, competency checks and support care staff in their roles

Ensure all care plans, risk assessments and medication records are accurate, compliant, and up to date

Monitor care delivery standards and support performance management when required

Liaise with health and social care professionals to meet changing customer needs

Complete incident reporting, audits, and documentation to CQC and organisational standards

Provide hands‑on care when necessary and contribute to the on‑call rota

Support continuous improvement in care quality across the service
Essential:

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards Level 3/4)

Minimum 2 years’ learning disabilities experience

Strong communication, organisational and IT skills

Understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding

Confident working independently and as part of a team

Full UK driving licence
