Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Services Leadership: Oversee daily corporate services operations, including administration, office support, facilities coordination, and internal service delivery.
Process Improvement: Review current procedures and introduce practical improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and accountability.
Team Management: Lead, support, and develop corporate services staff, ensuring clear responsibilities, strong communication, and professional standards.
Compliance and Documentation: Support internal compliance, record keeping, policy coordination, and business documentation requirements.
Supplier and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, internal departments, and external partners.
Budget and Resource Coordination: Assist with planning, monitoring, and controlling budgets related to corporate services, office operations, and business support functions.
Senior Leadership Support: Provide operational insight, reporting, and recommendations to help management make informed decisions.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years of experience in corporate services, business operations, office management, administration leadership, or a similar senior support function.
Leadership Background: Previous experience managing a team, coordinating departments, or leading operational improvement projects.
Organisation Skills: Strong ability to manage priorities, deadlines, documentation, and multiple business support activities at the same time.
Communication: Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with senior managers, employees, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Practical and solution-focused, with the ability to identify issues, improve workflows, and make sound operational decisions.
Professional Standards: Reliable, discreet, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential business information.
Pay: £53,000.00-£139,000.00 per year
