About the role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Create a safe, happy, and stimulating environment where children can learn through play
- Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities that support all areas of development
- Support children’s learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Observe, assess, and celebrate each child’s individual progress
- Build positive and caring relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Work as part of a supportive team who share ideas, laughter, and a passion for early years education
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a full Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Has strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
- Is caring, patient, and full of enthusiasm
- Loves working with young children and supporting their learning through play
- Is creative, energetic, and brings positivity to the team
- Works well as part of a team and communicates confidently
