What do we want from you?
- Hospitality managerial experience essential - or ready to move to the next level, having worked full time for 5 years within the industry.
- Evidence of administrative and IT skills.
- Excellent cellar knowledge with the ability to lift and rack barrels & kegs, also line cleaning.
- Understanding of the daily operations of the bar and cleanliness.
- Knowledge of compliance with Health & Safety.
- Understanding of stock & ordering.
- Having a good relationship with our suppliers & contractors.
- Good understanding of Margins.
- Create innovative drink menus, align guest preference with knowledge of food and drinks pairing.
- A clear understanding of high service standards.
- Ability to deal with pressurised situations in a calm and confident manner.
- You’ll be an enthusiastic and proficient leader.
- You'll be great at using your initiative.
- You’ll be organised and punctual.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
