Policy Administrator
Healthy Investment are looking to recruit a Policy Administrator, based at their offices in Bury, Greater Manchester.
The role includes dealing directly with members and financial advisers by telephone, email, webchat and post. A high level of verbal and written communication skills are required for this fast moving and enjoyable role.
You will be dealing with incoming post, updating member’s records on our CRM system, processing new policies and a wide range of policy administration issues.
As part of processing a member’s withdrawal you’ll calculate the value of their investment using either our policy administration system or in excel.
You’ll support the efficient running of the office, organising post, scanning documents and maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to get involved in supporting our sales team through the administration of bulk emails, the creation of marketing literature and updates to our website.
A minimum of 5 GSCEs at level 4 or above, including Maths and English are essential. Higher level qualifications preferred.
A working knowledge of Microsoft applications including excel are needed.
Most of all, it’s the ability to engage with members and answer their questions that are needed.
Previous financial services experience preferred but not essential.
Pay: £24,450.00 per year
