Job Role
You’ll prepare and cook a range of dishes with precision, ensuring every plate meets the standard our guests expect. Maintaining an organised, spotless workstation and following all food safety and health procedures are essential, as is your ability to support and guide junior members of the team. Collaboration is at the heart of our kitchen, and you’ll work closely with colleagues to ensure service flows smoothly, even at its busiest moments.
You’ll also assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing new dishes and menus, restocking ingredients and contributing to the exceptional dining experiences our guests enjoy.
