Opportunity
We are seeking reliable self-employed delivery contractors to provide parcel delivery services from our Acton depot on behalf of a national parcel carrier.
This opportunity is suitable for individuals looking to operate on a self-employed basis and undertake multi-drop parcel deliveries across designated delivery areas.
Service Requirements
Contractors will be responsible for:
- Collecting parcels from the depot.
- Organising and completing allocated delivery routes.
- Providing a professional and customer-focused delivery service.
- Completing deliveries and collections in accordance with operational requirements.
- Returning undelivered items and collections to the depot where required.
Contractor Requirements
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
- No more than 6 penalty points.
- Ability to pass relevant background and compliance checks.
- Good geographical awareness and route management skills.
- Multi-drop delivery experience preferred but not essential.
Operational Information
- Route allocations available Monday to Saturday.
- Delivery rounds typically consist of 80–150 stops.
- Training and route familiarisation provided.
- High-visibility vest provided.
- Contractors must provide suitable safety footwear.
Earnings
Competitive daily rates available.
