We are looking for friendly candidates to improve the lives of vulnerable people. We provide care and support to adults who have a learning disability and/or mental health needs. All our services are specifically designed to provide small group or single person environments, replicating an ordinary living setting. These allow for the development of daily living skills aimed at a move towards more independent living.
As a Healthcare Assistant/ Support Worker you will become part of our friendly multi-disciplinary team. You will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding care to our patients.

Don't worry if you don't have any previous experience, as full training will be given! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are reliable, have good communication skills and an empathetic approach.

What the job involves:
- Teamwork in a care home
- Helping people carry out their daily activities in line with individual care plans
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice

- Liaising with family members and healthcare providers
- Regular training to develop skills
- Updating care records to reflect changing needs and preferences
- Flexible working within a rota set by the manager
