Job Overview
As a Customer Service Manager, you’ll be providing the best care for our customers, both over the phone and via email. To put it simply, the most important part of your role is to ensure that all customers leave delighted with our products and your service. You will be helping to answer and resolve our customer queries and go the extra mile to ensure they feel that they are our most important customer due to the service that you will provide. Working within a team of CSMs you will be responsible for your own group of customers as well as supporting with a larger pool shared by all.
Duties
- Raising Orders
- Samples
- Customer query problem solving;
- Customer experience enhancement;
- Proactive decision making;
- Verbal and written customer liaison and communication:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Handling queries via email.
- Providing product advice.
- Liaising with account managers

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
