The Role
Our client is seeking a Head Nurse to lead their nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of animal care while fostering a supportive and positive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the nursing team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Oversee daily operations within the practice, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols.
- Collaborate with veterinary surgeons and other staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment and technology.
- Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and medications.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to stay current with advancements in veterinary care.
