Cleaner – Cumbria (LA9)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Cleaner to join our team in the LA9 area of Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for regular part-time hours with competitive pay.
Position Details
- Location: LA9, Cumbria
- Hours:
- Monday: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
- Tuesday: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
- Wednesday: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
- Thursday: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
- Friday: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
- Additional Shift Available: Monday to Friday, 5:00pm – 7:00pm
- Pay Rate: £14.26 per hour
- Payment: Fortnightly
- Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard across designated areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
- Cleaning washrooms, communal areas, and high-touch points
- Emptying bins and replenishing consumables as required
- Ensuring all areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition
- Following site-specific health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar cleaning role
- Good understanding of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
- Valid DBS certificate required
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
