The Role
As the Registered CQC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring KSL Clinic maintains full compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations while delivering outstanding patient outcomes. The suitable candidate would have experienced a CQC inspection, been involved in clinical auditing and have extensive knowledge of CQC regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for KSL Clinic
- Ensure full compliance with all CQC regulations, standards, and best practices
- Maintain the highest standards of patient care, safety, and experience
- Prepare for, manage, and respond to CQC inspections and audits
- Drive continuous improvement through robust clinical governance and quality assurance systems
- Oversee incident reporting, complaints handling, and safeguarding procedures
- Ensure accurate documentation, record keeping, and reporting
- Support business growth while maintaining clinical excellence and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager under CQC regulations
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of CQC frameworks and inspection processes
- Background in healthcare, aesthetics, or surgical environments
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care
