We are seeking an experienced and friendly Bar Supervisor to assist our management team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our craft beer bar and bottle shop.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality and a comprehensive understanding of craft beer. As a Supervisor, you will be expected to open and close shifts, assist with training our team, serve drinks, engage with customers and ensure all safety and cleaning protocols are carried out. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and work in one of the biggest and most exciting craft beer venues in London.
You should have a good understanding of cellar management and best practices, including correct storage, stock rotation and line cleanliness.
You'll help maintain high standards of quality and consistency across our extensive draught and packaged beer range.
Previous experience in a pub or bar is essential, along with supervisory experience in a hospitality or retail setting.
A willingness to learn, confidence engaging with customers and brewery partners, and genuine enthusiasm for craft beer culture are essential.

Pay: £15.80 per hour
