You will be working under a talented and supportive Head Chef, known for nurturing chefs and helping them progress within their careers.

As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to maintain standards while developing your leadership skills.
This is a hands-on role within a focused brigade, ideal for a strong Junior Sous Chef looking to refine their craft.You will be part of a passionate team who take pride in their food, their environment, and the experience they create for guests.
Duties:
- Support the running of the kitchen and assist senior chefs
- Work across all sections during prep and service
- Help train and guide junior members of the brigade
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
- Contribute to menu development using seasonal produce
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, organisation, and kitchen discipline
