Overview of the Role: you will be joining a team of chefs working predominantly for a daytime service, with no split shifts and few evenings, working across 3 kitchens producing a diverse lunchtime offer this award-winning team deliver the highest standard of food using produce from our own garden. Our outlets include Gardeners Rest Restaurant and the Clover Café; the role requires availability at weekends and bank holidays. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must have own transport. A strong knowledge of food safety and handling as well as HACCP is essential.
