About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hard Landscaper to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality landscaping projects, including patios, paths, driveways, retaining walls, fencing, and other structural outdoor features.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct patios, paving, retaining walls, and other hard landscaping elements
- Prepare and level groundworks, including foundations and drainage
- Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret site plans and drawings
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, organised work environment and ensure safe working practices on site
Requirements
- Proven experience in hard landscaping, construction, or a similar trade
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
