Customer Service Advisor - Middlewich
£12.71 per hour, weekly pay

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading provider in diagnostic and healthcare screenings in Middlewich. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous customer service experience who are looking for a role where you can really make a difference to customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Handle inbound calls to support patients with appointments, follow-up care, and general enquiries
- Provide clear, accurate information about services and ensure a positive patient experience
- Resolve queries and concerns promptly, offering effective solutions
- Work towards performance targets while maintaining a high standard of service
- Updating customer records accurately
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, this could be from a variety of backgrounds including contact centre, retail, hospitality, care etc.
- Computer literate across various platforms
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Confident handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
Hours of work:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, on a rota between 8:00am - 8:00pm
- Occasional Saturdays (8:00am - 1:00pm)
- Rotational shift pattern (5 days per week)
