Contracts Manager – Belfast
Our client is a well-established provider of services into the construction and engineering sectors and is seeking to recruit their new Contracts Manager joining the team in Belfast.
Specialising within the renewable & construction sectors and reporting to the General Manager, as their new Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing contracts within the business, this will include;
- Overseeing c20 staff working across contracts and delivery of projects
- Producing job packs for projects including risk assessments and safe work system
- Provide marked-up drawings to ensure installations are completed accurately
- Regularly liaise with the clients providing excellent customer service
- Ensure site visits are carried out to conduct quality checks and audits
- Producing RAMS and health & safety documents
- Resolve onsite issues in a timely and professional manner
What we are looking for…
- Projects / Contracts experience within the construction industry
- Experience within the building envelope or related market sectors is desirable
- Strong IT & People management skills
- IOSH Managing Safely (preferred) with a view to attaining NEBOSH within the first year of employment
