Dental Elite are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established predominantly private independent practice in Aldridge, West Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern practice with strong private income potential, an established patient base, and the support of an experienced Principal who was an FD Trainer for 9 years.
About the Role
- Days Available: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- Start Date: End of August / September 2026
- Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (Thursday 09:00 – 19:00)
- UDA Allocation: 3,500 UDAs
- UDA Rate: £13 per UDA
- Private Income: Approximately £72,000 gross private income available
- Patient Base: Established list in place
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year UK clinical experience required
- Confident delivering general NHS and private dentistry
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Team-oriented with a professional approach
- Keen to develop private treatments alongside NHS
- Foundation Dentists will not be considered for this position
Practice Details
- Independent practice with local Principal ownership
- 75–80% private practice
- 5 surgeries with natural light/windows
- Offers Orthodontics, Implants, Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry
- Fully digital using Dentally software
- Intraoral scanners available
- Supportive Principal with a strong mentoring background
- Driveway and on-road parking available
Requirements
- GDC registered Dentist
- Active NHS Performer Number
- Minimum 1 year UK clinical experience
- Right to work in the UK
