- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, specials, and promotions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle guest complaints or requests politely and efficiently
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Set up, clean, and reset tables for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and follow food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver outstanding service
- Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned
- Pay rate also depends on the age and experience of the applicant
