Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and fashion-forward Store Supervisor to support the daily operations of our menswear store. This key leadership role bridges the gap between the sales team and management, ensuring smooth store functioning, excellent customer experiences, and team motivation. You will play a hands-on role in sales, customer service, merchandising, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Sales
- Deliver outstanding service by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and offering styling advice
- Assist in achieving daily and weekly sales targets through effective selling and team support
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining the brand’s reputation
Team Leadership
- Support the Store Manager in supervising and guiding the sales team
- Lead by example on the shop floor, acting as a role model in service and sales
- Provide on-the-spot coaching, feedback, and motivation to team members
Operational Support
- Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and stock replenishment
- Monitor fitting room activity, customer flow, and team coverage throughout the store
- Ensure all staff are adhering to company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
Visual Merchandising
- Support the execution of visual directives and seasonal floor changes
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Ensure the menswear presentation aligns with brand guidelines
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or menswear
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident in sales, customer service, and leading by example
- Ability to handle responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desirable:
- Experience in a supervisory or keyholder role
- Interest in men’s fashion and current style trends
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic retail operations
