Join Our Caring Night Team!
The West Gate Care Centre are looking for kind, dedicated Night Carer to join our supportive night team. You’ll help ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable, and at home, while providing hands-on care and companionship throughout the night.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Night Carer, you’ll make sure our residents are comfortable, safe and well cared for through the night. No two nights are the same, but your main tasks will include:
- Helping residents with their nightly routines and personal care
- Checking in on residents to make sure they’re settled and happy
- Recording care notes and handing over important information to the day team
- Creating a calm, positive environment for everyone in the home
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of experience — just a kind heart and a can-do attitude!
We’d love you to have:
- A Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or a willingness to complete one – we’ll support you!)
- A caring, patient and reliable nature
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Flexibility to work night shifts
