The Mariner is looking for a line chef to join our team! Our venue offers the perfect blend of a welcoming, community-focused pub and dining room dedicated to local, seasonal produce. We're all about quality, value, and exceptional hospitality.
This role will be hourly with a mutually agreed minimum hours contract, perfect to achieve a role in a positive kitchen environment whilst maintaining work:life balance.

Responsibilities
- Work with the team to deliver daily food operations and ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness and quality.
- Deliver impeccable food preparation and service, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Understand customer/management feedback and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement and uphold hospitality standards to provide an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant or pub kitchen environment, preparing and cooking dishes.
- Culinary and food safety knowledge.
